Elio Haddad has spent more than 14 years coaching executives. Before coaching, his path ran through hospitality, event management and international tour leadership, across Brazil and Lebanon, which is why he is at ease in international, multilingual rooms.
He is a Toastmasters Competent Communicator and Competent Leader, a certified NLP Practitioner and a certified life and business coach. He coaches in English, Arabic and Brazilian Portuguese. Outside coaching he is a practising visual artist working in steel sculpture.

Yes. Sessions are held online, which is how Elio works with leaders across the Gulf and MENA. In-person engagements can be arranged for selected projects.

English, Arabic and Brazilian Portuguese. Many clients move between Arabic and English within a single presentation, and the coaching reflects that.
